Reviews and Ratings
The hotel offers spacious rooms with and without balconies, perfect for large families, overlooking the river. The staff is extremely friendly, chatty, and eager to please, although they may lack local area knowledge. The location is superb, within walking distance to major attractions like Jonker Street. The dining experience is fair, satisfactory before exploring. The facilities are average, with room for improvement.
I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location is superb, being within walking distance to all the important landmarks in Malacca. The rooms are made up to international standards, with a balcony and a lovely riverview. The service was friendly, although staff had no knowledge of the local area, and the wedding services and newspaper service were a nice touch. The dining experience was okay, and the facilities were top-notch, making my stay enjoyable overall.
The hotel's location is its best feature, very walkable to the town center, right next to famous tourist attractions and the boat ride jetty. The rooms are spacious with a lovely view, although they can be quite noisy due to the nearby pub with loud music every night. The service was not very accommodating, especially at the front desk. The dining experience was just satisfactory, with repetitive food options, but there are plenty of other choices nearby.
The hotel has a great central location, very strategic for tourists, with easy access to major attractions. However, it can be noisy at night due to a nearby pub with live music, and the services may not justify the slightly higher price.
The hotel is perfectly situated, just beside Jonker Street, making it ideal for exploring the Heritage Site and all the main attractions in Melaka. The rooms, although a bit small and lacking a balcony, are adequate and situated conveniently. The service is generally friendly and helpful, except for one staff member who seemed more interested in their phone. Despite some minor flaws, the hotel offers a great location and value for money in beautiful historical Malacca.
